Pro-invest Group is inviting applications for the Guest Service Agent position at Next Hotel Melbourne, where exceptional service and immersive experiences come together in Melbourne's premier retail and dining destination.


The Role

We're looking for an energetic, storytelling Guest Service Agent who can bring the Next Hotel Melbourne experience to life. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a lasting impression, this role is for you


Key Responsibilities

* Warm Welcome: Greet guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in/check-out experience.
* Guest Needs: Anticipate and accommodate guest requests, make personalized recommendations, and upsell rooms and services.
* Communication: Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.
* Guest Profiles: Maintain and update guest profiles in our property management system to enhance future stays.
* Flexibility: Work across various front office departments, gaining new skills and supporting team operations.
* Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with hotel emergency procedures and key personnel.


What We're Looking For

* Experience: Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent in an upscale hotel environment.
* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work a 24-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with hotel property management systems.
* Guest-Centric Attitude: A passion for creating memorable experiences and building genuine connections with guests.
