About the Role
As our 3IC, you'll support the Boutique Leader and Assistant Boutique Leader in driving store success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll step into a leadership role on the floor, confidently overseeing operations in the absence of senior management and ensuring the store runs seamlessly.
This is a full-time role based in our Adelaide locations .
Key Responsibilities
* Support the leadership team to drive sales targets and deliver exceptional service
* Lead by example on the shop floor, inspiring Stylists to perform at their best
* Maintain high visual and operational standards, including inventory and stock management
* Assist with roster coordination and daily operational tasks
* Support team training, onboarding, and development
* Step up as a leader on duty when required
* Be a true SHEIKE brand ambassador, embodying our style and spirit every day
About You
* Previous retail leadership experience (fashion background preferred)
* Passion for styling and delivering unforgettable customer experiences
* Proven ability to drive results through KPIs and commercial decision-making
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* A confident, self-motivated communicator who leads by example
