This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys being the go-to person, and is looking for a long-term career within the property industry.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating campaign logistics: signage, photography, internet listings, and timelinesPreparing reports, proposals, and property marketing materialsKeeping property listings and databases up to dateManaging invoices, quotes, and compliance documents, including Form 6 renewalsLiaising with agents, suppliers, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothlyJumping in to provide ad-hoc admin support across the agencyQualificationsStrong organisational skills with the ability to juggle prioritiesClear and confident communication - both written and verbalConfidence with Microsoft Office (bonus if you know Canva, InDesign, or similar)A proactive, detail-focused approach; you notice what needs doing and get it sortedPrevious experience in administration or team assistant roles.
