As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Inbound Sales Executive who enjoys converting enquiries into bookings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer outcomes while hitting sales targets.
This is a high-intent inbound sales role. Customers are already looking for storage—you'll be responsible for responding quickly, understanding their needs, recommending the right solution, and confidently securing the booking.

Inbound Sales (Full-Time)
This is a full-time (38 hours per week), hybrid-based role. The work-from-home component is negotiable for the right candidate. Our storage facility is located south of the river near Cockburn. The role is primarily phone, text, and email based.
You'll be the first point of contact and trusted advisor for Mobistorage customers—guiding them from enquiry through to confirmed reservation with confidence and professionalism.
This is a sales role, with a strong focus on conversion and follow-up.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding promptly to inbound sales enquiries (no cold calling)
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the right storage solution
* Sending clear, professional quotes
* Following up enquiries and converting qualified leads into reservations
* Logging and managing leads in our storage management software
* Selling extended liability protection and packing supply merchandise
* Liaising with the Operations team to ensure smooth bookings and delivery scheduling
