Accounts Receivable Leadership Role
This is a mid-senior level position responsible for leading the end-to-end accounts receivable process.
You will oversee billing, reconciliations, and debt collection, ensuring timely follow-up of outstanding accounts. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to resolve billing and payments, and produce regular AR reports and ageing summaries.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounts receivable or credit control, with previous leadership or team management experience. They should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as high accuracy and attention to detail.
A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or similar is preferred, but not essential. The right candidate will be proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, and have experience in healthcare or a similar industry (desirable).
As an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a key role in driving improvements in cash flow and collections. You will also contribute to the overall success of the organization by mentoring a small AR team and improving systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
