Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic **National Fleet Coordinator **on a full time basis to support the administrative functions associated with the daily operational responsibilities of the Fleet and Transport.
**What you'll do**
- Collaborate with business partners to proactively manage out of contract costs associated with all company vehicles.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders to support decision making.
- Deliver expected agreed outcomes relating to initiatives or tasks within direct responsibility.
- Develop and maintain best practice in all processes to ensure effective and efficient provision of our business requirements.
- Ensuring all vehicle replacements are suited to role requirements, and where possible a high level of customer service resulting in a smooth transition for the operator.
- Ensuring all vehicle services are up to date and within acceptable parameters: Passenger, truck, fridge and tailgate and that data is correctly entered into telematics weekly.
- Ensure fuel cards are distributed as required to drivers and manage all fuel card queries
- Ensure all company vehicles are registered prior to expiry date ensuring branches are provided with enough time to complete inspections
- Ensuring all databases (internal and external) are maintained and updated as needed with accuracy.
- Processing regular and adhoc invoices, ensuring allocation accuracy, and any issues escalated to manager in a timely manner.
**What you'll be**
- Demonstrated experience in administration support and planning and organizational skills
- Understanding of internal personnel, processes and policies
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, ensuring that obstacles are identified and resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner, risk is minimised
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic OHS practices associated with Motor vehicles
- Intermediate experience with all Microsoft excel and powerpoint & Invoice software such as Concur
- Fleet or motor vehicle industry experience preferred but not essential
