About the Role Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, the 1x Quantity Surveyor and 1x Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and providing commercial support across a range of projects. Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will assess project documentation, analyse costs, identify risks and opportunities, and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions by reviewing project plans, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation. Analyse labour, material, equipment, subcontractor, and supplier costs to develop competitive pricing strategies. Coordinate and manage tender documentation, including schedules, RFIs, contract requirements, and submission deliverables. Identify project risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives to support commercial decision-making. About You: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or in a similar commercial construction role. Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, tendering, contract administration, and commercial management. Experience within construction, manufacturing, prefabrication, or related project-based industries. Proficient in estimating and project costing software. Experience estimating electrical, mechanical, fire, or specialist trade packages will be highly regarded.
