You will champion all things safety and wellbeing for all team members and coach, support and develop leaders and team members to ensure we continue to improve culture that will make a difference to how work is done.About YouAs a member of the People &Safety team, you'll translate our corporate WHS Strategy into practical initiatives that keep every site, leader and team member safe.
You'll analyse trends, design systemic improvements and act as the catalyst for a proactive, learning‑focused safety culture.In This Hands‑on Business‑partnering Role You WillWHS improvement projects – identify risks, develop action plans and track their impact across the business.
Provide data‑driven insights – deliver regular trend analyses, audits, observations and inspections, presenting clear recommendations to leaders at every level.
Evaluate and enhance risk controls – work side‑by‑side with leaders and team members to test current controls and design stronger, future‑proof measures.
Coach and build capability – train, mentor and upskill teams on our Safety Management System, ensuring it stays user‑friendly and continuously improves.
Investigate incidents – conduct thorough, root‑cause analyses to uncover systemic issues and prevent recurrence.
