About the Role
The role seeks an experienced Integrated Planner to develop and maintain integrated long- and medium-term activity plans across its operated Australian assets, including the Montara FPSO and Stag CPF. The role has a dual purpose: to provide a single forward view of major operational and shutdown activities across the five-year to 17-week planning horizon, and to support or lead the detailed planning and readiness of shutdowns in collaboration with asset-based planners and schedulers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and maintenance of integrated Long‐Term (LTAP) and Medium‐Term (MTAP) Activity Plans, providing a clear forward view of major operational activities across each asset.
* Integrate critical scopes including maintenance campaigns, shutdowns, projects, drilling, marine operations, regulatory commitments and corporate milestones.
* Drive alignment of activity plans with production targets, resource availability, regulatory obligations and corporate financial objectives, facilitating LTAP and MTAP planning forums to align stakeholders, resolve conflicts and optimise activity timing and resource utilisation.
* Ensure activities progress through defined planning gate processes and are sufficiently matured for handover to short‐term planning and scheduling.
* Drive activity bundling and campaign optimisation to improve overall execution efficiency, including shutdown execution and cross-asset synergies.
* As required, support or lead the development of shutdown schedules, scopes, work packs, resources and logistics plans in collaboration with the Asset Planners/Schedulers.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years previous experience in operational support of Oil & Gas facilities.
* Trade, Engineering or Project Management qualification.
* Strong working knowledge of the Primavera P6 planning/scheduling tool, as well as proficiency using CMMS systems.
* Experience in planning and scheduling within the resources or oil and gas industry.
* Experience supporting shutdown planning and maintenance campaigns.
