Mode: Dispatch – On call ticket based / Freelance / Part time / Casual basis. Requires White Card. SLA: SBD and NBD support.
Skills & Requirements
* Experience in handling desktop/network issues and audio/video conference room setup.
* Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems.
* Install patches.
* Software and hardware break/fix.
* Computer troubleshooting; system repair.
* Basics of Wi‐Fi.
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, switch and router configuration.
* Install and administer MS Office.
* Business English with local language.
