Role

As an Program & Administration Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our program delivery team, ensuring that all operational aspects of our courses, events, and initiatives run like clockwork.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your skills in administration and coordination while being part of a supportive, professional environment.

* Manage the administrative setup for programs, including scheduling, booking venues, and coordinating materials.
* Oversee member and client communications, ensuring all participants receive timely updates and information.
* Maintain accurate records, process invoices, and track purchase orders to support smooth operations.
* Be the go-to person for internal stakeholders, collaborating to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
* Support operational excellence in our office spaces and member lounges, helping create welcoming and productive environments.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team-wide initiatives.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in business administration coordination AND/OR stakeholder management, within a higher education setting (University) OR professional Association (member services)
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring no task is overlooked.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
* The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
* Tech-savviness and confidence working with digital tools and platforms to streamline processes.
