The Coffee Club is seeking hospo superstars - experienced Shift Leaders / Baristas / Cafe Allrounders to join our friendly team at our store in Whitford City. If you love to learn, be part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
You are:
Our stores are looking for new team members who understand that at The Coffee Club we are serious about providing excellent customer service. So whether you're applying for a Shift Leader, Barista or Allrounder position at The Coffee Club you need to embody the following attributes:
* A Coffee Lover – you are passionate about making the perfect cup of coffee every time;
* A Host – you anticipate and fulfil the needs of your customers as if they are a guest in your home;
* A People Person – you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
* A Leader - you lead by example, inspiring and developing your team to collectively deliver The Coffee Club standards.
These roles require applicants to have flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
