Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of customers throughout the pre-construction process of building their new home.
Your focus will be on ensuring a high-quality file is delivered to the construction team, while also establishing strong relationships with customers and providing proactive solutions to any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
You will be based in either Hobart or Launceston, with regular travel required to meet with customers face-to-face. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
