We are seeking a Senior Associate / Team Leader to join a dynamic architecture and design practice. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will lead and manage project teams, oversee client accounts, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role offering exposure to high-profile projects and a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage 5–10 project architects across multiple projects.
* Oversee all team projects, clients, and accounts.
* Assist the Managing Director with corporate and team marketing initiatives.
* Deliver large and complex construction projects from concept through construction with minimal supervision.
* Resolve complex design and construction issues.
* Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
* Maintain high-level design standards and ensure compliance with BCA regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor of Architecture
* 10–15 years' professional experience in architecture or design.
* Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and supervise teams effectively.
