* Build and maintain a culture of psychological safety and leadership capability

* Support psychosocial risk management and employee wellbeing
What You'll Bring

* Experience in high-risk or asset-intensive operations
* Proven ability to drive cultural change and build psychological safety
* Strong background in risk management and safety design
* Ability to simplify complex systems and design practical procedures
* Excellent coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills
