EziRoll is looking for a hands-on, can-do Maintenance Fitter to keep our machinery humming. You'll help fix, maintain, and improve our production equipment while working closely with our Production and Technical Development Engineer to keep everything running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

You'll maintain, repair and optimise a variety of production machines and equipment. This role suits someone with strong problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A strong focus on safety, preventative maintenance and continuous improvement is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding across production machinery
* Fit, assemble, install, and upgrade machinery, parts, and sub-assemblies
* Overhaul and service workshop equipment (lathes, milling machines, grinders, drills, roll formers, presses, welders, plasma cutters, and power tools)
* Support and perform preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks
* Operate manual and computerised controls to maintain machinery functionality
* Review technical drawings and engineering requirements, providing feedback when required
* Maintain documentation, parts inventory, tooling registers, and ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures
YOUR SKILLS
* Trade Qualification - Certificate III Fitter (minimum)
* Strong mechanical background, with fitting/toolmaking experience highly desirable
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team
* Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on safety and preventative maintenance
This role will be working on our afternoon shift, but will require training on the day shift.
A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
