Associate Nurse Manager (ANUM) – Oncology & Infusion Centre (Part Time) – Cabrini Malvern.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing flexible and highly responsive service to patients and consumers.
* Utilising clinical knowledge, experience and skills to provide leadership and operational direction.
* Coordinating and overseeing the delivery of patient care.
* Ensuring hospital policies, procedures and protocols are implemented and monitored.
* Holding accountability for the ward when the Nurse Manager is not present.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant Nursing Qualifications and AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Post Graduate qualification preferred.
* Victorian Working with Children Check.
* Working towards or interest in healthcare management qualifications.
* Minimum two years' experience in Oncology Nursing.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
* High level organisational skills with flexibility and a positive attitude.
* Quality Improvement/auditing experience.
* Must be able to administer chemotherapy and completed ADAC.
* Excellent Cannulation skills; PICC and Port experience.
