OverviewThe Parks Theatre are seeking a Production Coordinator with a flair for the dramatics.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in performing arts and a passion for admin work.
Liaising with clients and theatre staff, the Production Coordinator is vital for the smooth operations of our theatres.
This casual 3 day per week role involves looking after clients from initial enquiry, ensuring needs are communicated, providing quotes, raising invoices, record keeping and tracking payments.RESPONSIBILITIESManage client inquiries from initial contact through to service delivery, ensuring clear communication of client needs to theatre staff.Prepare quotes, raise invoices, maintain records, and track payments.Liaise with clients and theatre staff to support smooth operations and effective project administration.Support ongoing administrative tasks in a fast-moving theatre environment.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEHLTAID011 Provide First Aid or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
HLTAID009 Perform CPR or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
