About the Role
We're looking for experienced professionals to join our team in finance and accounting. You'll work with clients to help them improve their financial reporting processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that reduce the burden associated with statutory reporting and compliance obligations.

* You will be working as part of multi-disciplined teams on client projects in areas such as financial and management reporting, digital finance transformation, and accounting advice.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial reporting needs and develop strategies to improve their processes.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that reduce costs and increase efficiency.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
4. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure clients are compliant.
Requirements
* Bachelor or equivalent degree in accounting, finance or a related area.
* CA qualification (or equivalent).
* At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, external audit, or a related field.
* Excellent skills in financial reporting, technical accounting, management accounting, and budgeting.
* Well-developed relationship management skills including teamwork and collaboration.
* Excellent technical accounting skills with experience in applying accounting standards.
* A strong work ethic and a hunger for development opportunities.
