The St Kilda Festival seeks an experienced event professional to manage accreditation access and parking for the 2026 festival.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Manage accreditation access and parking for participants, staff, performers, contractors, sponsors, suppliers, and traders.
 * Issue permits for residents and businesses within impacted festival precincts.
 * Coordinate checks and access control with security suppliers.
 * Supervise coordinator roles in the Accreditation and Event Registration department.
Key Requirements:
 * Professional experience in major event access, accreditation, and ticketing, particularly in a government environment.
 * Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and the public.
 * Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time and staff in high-stress situations.
 * High level of written and oral communication skills.
 * Ability to communicate policies and procedures to production staff under supervision.
