This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the infrastructure services department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering major projects and services across various areas within an organisation.
The key responsibilities and functions of this position include:
1. Developing and managing processes and systems to ensure staff have the tools and support needed to meet organisational expectations and goals.
2. Driving best practices and fostering a positive culture within the team, across departments, and throughout the organisation.
3. Leading a team of construction team leaders and ensuring their performance meets set objectives.
4. Maintaining accurate records of labor, equipment, and materials.
