6. Establish deep product knowledge to educate buyers, tenants, and stakeholders on project offerings.
7. Promote sales and leasing performance to achieve project absorption targets and revenue objectives.
8. Leverage digital campaigns, signage, collateral, and agent briefs to enhance project marketing.
9. Provide regular market updates, competitor analysis, and sales performance insights to senior management.
10. Foster relationships with local agents, investors, owner-occupiers, and commercial tenants to drive business growth.
11. Represent the company professionally at industry events, project launches, and stakeholder meetings.
