Customer Role Overview

This is a 12 month fixed-term part-time position based in our Yarrawonga Branch. The role involves working 5 days per week, Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:15pm.

The Hours

Join us in this part-time role on a 12 month fixed-term contract, working 5 days a week, Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:15pm.


In this Customer Facing Role, You Will

* Support our Yarrawonga Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers and putting them at the centre of everything you do.
* Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date.
* Demonstrate our digital banking options to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure.
* Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
