At the City of Newcastle (CN), our Property Services team is a dynamic and integrated service element comprising four specialist teams that span the entire property lifecycle, from strategy and project delivery, transactions, property portfolio management through to development. We are committed to delivering community-centred outcomes and optimising the value of Council-owned assets.

A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced and results-driven Property and Strategy Delivery Lead to join our team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee a talented team responsible for initiating and managing capital works projects that enhance or reposition Council-owned land and buildings.
