Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist at our esteemed care facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients and residents. You will work closely with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents through effective communication and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of high quality OT services to clients and residents
* Leadership to assistant staff to deliver activity and therapy programs
* Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents
* Contribute to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with a strong commitment to person-centered care. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team.
