Key Responsibilities

- Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, tendering transactions, and stock integrity.
- Manage store multi-channel fulfilment, telephone enquiries, and marketing/promotional activity.
- Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expense management.
- Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers and effectively resolve complaints and queries.
- Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and other development opportunities.
