Lawyer (Graduate – 5 years PAE)
We are seeking a motivated Graduate to 5‐year PAE practitioner to join Tyler Tipping & Woods. The firm is a well‐established and respected regional firm in central Gippsland.
This is an advocacy‐driven role with meaningful client contact and regular court appearances. You will have the opportunity to develop strong courtroom confidence early in your career.
You will work across a broad range of practice areas, including:
* Family Law
* Child Protection
* Criminal Law
* Intervention Orders
* Wills & Estates
* Civil Litigation
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is admitted (or soon to be admitted) in Victoria
* Has strong attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
* Is confident, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
* Brings empathy and professionalism when working with vulnerable clients
* Wants real courtroom experience and professional growth
* Values teamwork and collegiality
Experience in the Magistrates' Court or Federal Circuit and Family Court jurisdiction will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
