Job Description
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with employment conditions and awards.
* Process employee changes promptly and efficiently.
* Oversee payroll deductions, superannuation, and tax-related tasks.
* Handle month and year-end activities, including reconciliation with the General Ledger.
* Administer Workers Compensation documentation and liaise with insurers.
* Provide timely and organized reporting to HR management.
* Adaptability and efficiency are essential for success in this dynamic role.
The Successful Applicant
* Possessing over three years of experience as a payroll officer
* Effective relationships both internally and externally- Team player- Excellent Written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills contribute to consistently meeting deadlines and demonstrating initiative.
* Proficient in Micropay
