Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA Selection Criteria: Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written, verbal and interpersonal skills Demonstrated satisfactory experience in clinical hospital pharmacy practice in renal medicine or equivalent. Demonstrated good therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines.
