Support Technician (IT & AV Systems)

Cyberry Solutions is looking for a capable, hands-on Support Technician to join our team, working across a wide range of technology environments in the hospitality and club industry.
This is not a narrow, single-discipline role - we work across IT, networking, audio visual systems, digital signage, and smart venue technology. We’re looking for someone practical, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in.
The Role
You’ll be working both independently and as part of a team to deliver on-site and remote support, installations, and system improvements for our clients.
This includes:
* Running and terminating Ethernet cabling
* Rack clean-up, organisation, and basic configuration
* Installing and supporting IT and AV systems
* Assisting with network setup and troubleshooting
* Supporting digital signage and smart control systems
* General technical support across a variety of environments
What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect you to know everything - but you do need to be capable, curious, and willing to learn.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
* Have hands-on experience with cabling (especially Ethernet)
* Understand rack layouts and can tidy, label, and organise infrastructure
* Have solid general IT knowledge (networks, devices, troubleshooting)
* Can think through problems and find solutions independently
* Work well in a team and communicate clearly
* Are reliable, practical, and take pride in your work
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
* Experience with audio visual systems (PA, displays, microphones)
* CCTV installation or maintenance
* Networking configuration (switches, VLANs, routing basics)
* Experience working in hospitality or multi-site environments
