About this role
As the Divisional Director of Adult Mental Health Services for Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS), you will lead a professional and supportive team within the Logan region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing specialist clinical care and leadership across inpatient and community addiction and mental health services.
Strengthening partnerships across MSH and offering expert advice on service gaps, challenges, and opportunities.
Overseeing clinical service delivery, supporting patient flow, and representing MSAMHS in site-based committees to ensure integration with the broader health system.
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry in systems, collaborating across sites and teams to achieve positive consumer outcomes, and fulfilling all duties within your scope of practice.
Implementing models of care, supporting patient safety initiatives, and participating in annual performance reviews.
