About the Role:
This part-time, onsite position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service and support - without the demands of full-time hours.
You will play a key role in supporting a small team of Strata Managers with their portfolio of schemes, while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of our Tweed Heads office and administrative functions.
This position offers 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
Duties include, although not limited to:
* Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and suppliers with a warm, professional manner
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and office enquiries
* Providing efficient administrative support to the Strata Management team
* Coordinating appointments, meeting rooms, and maintaining office presentation
* Assisting with events, scheme key management and database management
* Assisting with general administrative duties and projects as required
* Reception/Front of House Duties - managing daily mail and deliveries, presentation of office/meeting rooms, arranging office supplies etc

What you will need to be successful:
* Previous experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is preferable or strong administration experience within a customer related industry
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and a commitment to quality
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organised
* Tech-savvy with solid computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
* A willingness to work towards a Certificate of Registration in Strata - training provided
* Permanent residency in Australia.
