Westwide Electrical Services has a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, team-oriented administrator to join their growing team!
**About the Opportunity**
As a vital member of the Westwide Electrical Services' team, you will be responsible for providing support to the service department by ensuring that their diverse clerical and administrative duties are carried out efficiently and effectively. As a first point of contact for clients and customers, you will also provide high-quality customer service to ensure incoming enquiries are managed in a timely and appropriate manner. Working in a small-team environment, we're looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to undertake varied administration tasks to support the team.
In addition to the above, your roles and responsibilities include:
- Processing work requests and raising jobs using SimPRO
- Ensuring all work orders are completed and invoiced correctly
- Liaising with technicians to assist with the orders of material and equipment
- Raising and closing purchase orders
- Scheduling technicians
- Assisting with accounts receivable via MYOB
- General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.

With demonstrated experience in a past customer service, administration, or receptionist role you will have a strong customer-focus with the ability to build meaningful relationships with Westwide Electrical Services' diverse stakeholders. To effectively manage a varied workload, you will also have great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- A pro-active attitude with the ability to work unsupervised
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite
It would also be great if you had:
- SimPRO Experience (training provided)
- MYOB Experience (training provide)
