What You'll Be Doing
* Solving tickets across various platforms, including Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
* Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks to resolve technical issues.
* Supporting cloud platforms, such as Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS.
* Collaborating with senior engineers to ensure environments are running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Bring
