About the Role

Roll'd is looking for a Customer Service Manager, who will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensuring every experience reflects the Roll'd brand. You'll work closely with internal teams and store operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Responsibilities
* Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, including social media, email, and phone, ensuring all interactions are handled promptly and in line with brand guidelines
* Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Provide support to store teams in managing and resolving in-store customer concerns where required
* Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role (hospitality, retail, or QSR highly regarded)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and respond in a fast-paced environment
* Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills
* Ideally someone with social media and marketing skills
