Your New Role
As the Administration Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Nurse Manager, MSAMHS Central Staffing, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. Key aspects of the role include:
* Providing responsive customer service by managing enquiries via phone, email and in person, and prioritising correspondence to meet deadlines
* Supporting workforce operations through data entry, database maintenance, reporting, quality audits and preparation of nursing rosters
* Assisting with HR, payroll and recruitment processes, including maintaining documentation and liaising with payroll and stakeholders
* Delivering comprehensive administrative support such as document preparation, filing, ordering supplies, travel arrangements and other duties as required
About you:
You Are An Organised And Adaptable Administration Professional Who Thrives In a Fast-paced, Team-focused Environment And Demonstrates Sound Judgment At All Times. You Will Bring
* Proven administrative experience with strong data accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence using, or the ability to quickly learn, systems such as S/4HANA, myHR (Workbrain and IWFM) and Decision Support Systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to respectful, inclusive and ethical workplace practices
