Job Summary
Experience Service Representative based in Perth – responsible for field service tasks across the Perth region supporting a diverse range of customer assets, including Switchgear, Circuit Breakers and other LV/MV/HV assets. You will perform installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, commissioning, site testing, firmware upgrades and ad‐hoc troubleshooting while providing technical support and specialist advice to customers.
Responsibilities
* Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Perth region and nearby locations
* Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad‐hoc tasks
* Commissioning, site testing, system / firmware upgrades and ad‐hoc troubleshooting
* Providing technical support and specialist advice to customers
* Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HSE requirements and adhering to internal processes
* Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management
* Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on customer requirements
Qualifications
* A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License
* Current Driver's Licence (Tool of Trade Vehicle supplied)
* Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
* Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
* A technical aptitude and a digital mindset engaged in new technologies
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem‐solver / troubleshooter
* Demonstrated commitment to HSE and confident in identifying risks
