Job Description

The role:

* Join our purpose-built, tech-connected, co-educational Early Learning Centre- 'Hampshire House' as a Diploma-level Co-Educator.
* Start Date: ASAP.
* Works throughout the year including school holidays.
* Rotating roster of 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.
* Commencing in the pre-school room (3-4yrs), but may assist across all age groups.
* Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating educational environment for our children.
* Assist with the design and implementation of progressive, contemporary learning experiences that address the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Administer relevant observational processes and complete associated documentation.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate:

* Relevant ACECQA-approved qualifications in Child Care (minimum Diploma-level).
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
* Demonstrated experience in early childhood education across 0-5 years old.
* Working knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy highly regarded.
* Willing and able to undertake administrative work related to the role.
* Personable, enthusiastic, and keen to be part of a high-functioning team.
* Motivated to be an active and visible participant in the life of Kambala.
