As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our People Strategy for Australasia.
Your daily tasks may include advising on employment issues, supporting change initiatives, and interpreting employment legislation.
You will work closely with stakeholders from all corners of the business, including leaders and employees, to provide high-quality and pragmatic HR advice.
Key responsibilities also include drafting policies and procedures, supporting disciplinary processes and employee matters, and ensuring that everyone feels supported and empowered.
To be successful, you will need excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills, as well as emotional intelligence and a proven ability to develop trusted business relationships.
Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain is required, along with post-secondary qualification in Human Resources and relevant experience.
