Job Title: Courier
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a courier. As a courier, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages.
Responsibilities:
* Safely collect and deliver packages following designated routes and adhering to strict time schedules
* Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure packages are securely packed
* Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Secondary education or equivalent
* At least one (1) year of professional driving experience
* AU License Classifications: Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License
