Domestic Assistant - Aged Care / Community Support

We're looking for friendly and reliable Domestic Assistants to support elderly clients in their homes. Your work will help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported - and genuinely appreciated.
We have flexible work in the following areas:
* Ballina
* Byron Bay
* Lennox Head
* Mullumbimby
* Evans Head
* Lismore
* Alstonville
What you'll be doing
* Keeping homes fresh and tidy (cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens & living areas)
* Laundry, linen changes, and light household duties
* Simple meal prep and dishwashing
* Following care plans, safety guidelines, and infection control standards
* Having a friendly chat and building positive relationships with clients
About you
* You're reliable, caring, and take pride in your work
* You notice the little things and enjoy helping others
* Experience in domestic assistance, cleaning, home support or aged care is great (but not essential)
* You're comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
What you'll need
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Right to work in Australia
