Job Description:
* Service and repair material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
* Use the latest field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedules.
* Input inventory on company-allocated service vans and at customer sites.
* Gain experience working with Australia's top-tier customer base.
* Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program.
* Perform routine maintenance and complete service work, both reactive and planned.
* Maintain accurate service records of work performed.

Typical Tasks and Duties:
* Conduct scheduled and breakdown services with a customer-focused approach.
* Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers.
* Record and file service notes accurately.
* Participate in training and potential grade progression, including mentoring less experienced technicians.
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including automation and telematics technologies.
* Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services.
* Collaborate to maximize sales and service opportunities within your customer base.
