We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Woden House store. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you’ll be doing
* Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
* Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service
* Coaching, motivating, and developing the team
* Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations
* Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
About You
* You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
* You are confident, customer-focused, and commercially minded
* You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* You enjoy developing and motivating a team
* You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
