An exciting opportunity has arisen for a State Manager to join a fast-growing, sustainability-focused asset services business.
Reporting to senior national leadership, you will take ownership of Victorian operations, overseeing warehouse and processing performance, leading onsite teams, and ensuring compliance with data security, environmental, and safety standards while also leading projects.
This is a hands‐on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operations while driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end warehouse and processing operations across Victoria.
* Manage and develop a mid‐sized team, fostering a high‐performance culture.
* Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process standardisation.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and data security requirements.
* Oversee logistics, transport coordination, and scheduling.
* Act as a key operational contact for clients, managing service delivery and escalations
* Manage budgets, costs, and vendor relationships.
* Support workforce planning, training, and performance management
* Deliver regular reporting to support strategic decision‐making.
