Senior Accountant Role

About the Position
Directly support directors, managers, and stakeholders by:
* Preparing compliance materials for clients, including financial reports, tax returns, and business activity statements/payroll tax
* Experience with Xero accounting software required
* Assisting managers and directors with advisory work
* Managing tax matters, including GST, capital gains tax, fringe benefits tax, and division 7a
* Ensuring timely compliance reporting
* Coaching junior staff, including reviewing their work
About You
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business services
* Completed CA/CPA or currently undertaking/completed relevant course
* Commerce/accounting/finance degree or similar completed
* Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation
* Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
* Experience in coaching, managing, and motivating others
* Proven ability to think flexibly, adapt quickly, and solve problems innovatively
* Professional, approachable, and down-to-earth
* Effective communicator and team player
