Working closely with the Project, Commercial and Site teams, you'll play a key role in delivering new‐build apartment projects across Melbourne. This role covers end‐to‐end contract administration including subcontract procurement, cost control, and project financial management, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
• Proven experience delivering new‐build apartment or multi‐residential projects
• Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, contract administration, and variations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams
