Autoleague, one of Australia’s leading automotive groups, is on the lookout for two passionate People & Culture Advisors to join our growing team—one in Maddington and one in Midland!

These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to support our dealership teams across WA, whether you're building your HR career or stepping into a more strategic and advisory position.

People & Culture Advisor- Maddington

This is the ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic, people-focused HR professional who is early on in their career looking to grow. You'll collaborate with experienced team members, supporting the employee lifecycle while learning how to become a trusted HR Advisor.

People & Culture Advisor- Midland

Our Midland site is seeking a confident and experienced HR professional ready to make this their own. You’ll partner with dealership leaders, manage complex employee matters, and contribute to People & Culture initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

* Act as a trusted advisor to dealership leaders and teams
* Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle
* Drive positive culture and engagement initiatives
* Partner on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
* Champion best practice HR processes and compliance

About you

You’re a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives when trusted with responsibility. You love building relationships, solving problems, and making a genuine impact.

* Skills and knowledge to support managers in resolving employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Proven ability to develop rapport with multiple stakeholders
* Proven ability to interpret awards and strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment legislation
* Have a tertiary qualification in HR or relevant field
