What this opportunity involves
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated facilities management professional looking to work on JLL's highly respected commercial portfolio. This position focuses on facilities management and compliance across a portfolio of prominent commercial buildings in Brisbane. We value professionals who share our core principles and values.
A snapshot of the role
Partnering with the clients
Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure all on-site expectations are met and developing sound working relationships at all levels
Management of facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards
Risk management
Recommending continuous quality improvement initiatives
Ensuring the sites financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets
Budgeting and reporting as required
Contractor management
Maintenance / preventative maintenance
Asset planning, Capex, fit-outs
What we are looking for
You will have proven facilities management experience in a commercial environment and be ready to advance your career managing a high-profile portfolio. You need a sound understanding of sustainability, familiarity with building services software, and knowledge of occupational health & safety legislation and requirements. Excellent communication skills are essential—both written and spoken. We expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines. Most importantly, you will enjoy working as part of a diverse, supportive, and talented team of industry professionals.
