REGROUP is growing — and we want you to grow with us. We're currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for one of our Civils projects to join our team. Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver civil construction projects within agreed scope, time, and budget
* Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Manage project schedules, costs, variations, and procurement
* Ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and environmental requirements
* Identify and manage project risks and resolve construction issues
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Monitor progress, report performance, and manage project close-out
Qualifications
* Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
* At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Civil Project Manager
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement comprehensive project plans
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
* Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
* Essential proficiency in MS Project software is required
* Thorough understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects within budget and time constraints
