In this role, you will be working with the broader Pharmacy Leadership team. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Pharmacy – Workforce and Wellbeing, the Assistant Deputy Director of Pharmacy – Workforce provides leadership across pharmacy workforce functions to support a high‐performing, future‐ready workforce.As a member of the Pharmacy Leadership Team, you will influence strategy and work closely with other Pharmacy leaders and People & Culture to deliver workforce, recruitment, retention and wellbeing priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading pharmacy recruitment, onboarding and position management processes.Overseeing the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician Casual Bank, including recruitment, orientation, training and performance review.Developing and monitoring workforce data, metrics and KPIs to inform planning and decision‐making.Coordinating workforce wellbeing initiatives and supporting a positive workplace culture.Contributing to pharmacy strategic planning, governance, quality improvement and research activities.About You To be successful in this healthcare role, you will demonstrate significant experience in hospital pharmacy practice, along with proven leadership or management capability. You will bring strong skills in workforce planning, recruitment, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, complemented by a proactive, solutions‐focused approach and excellent communication and influencing abilities.
